You'll lead a lean team building AI agents for ShopBack's platform. You'll architect and ship hands-on, bridging first-party data and user experience. This role offers high ownership and the chance to build the first versions of AI agents for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build first versions of AI agents.
• Rapidly iterate from idea to working prototype.
• Design multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead and grow a lean team of AI-native full-stack generalists.

📋 Requirements

• AI-native experience with LLMs, RAG, and non-deterministic outputs.
• Full-stack capability from Python backends to Flutter UI.
• High ownership and bias for action.
• Product-first mindset with user obsession.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Langchain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.
• Background in e-commerce or rewards platforms.
