💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer Experience team to parse customer data (SQL, Excel, CSV) and convert it for import into the QGenda solution. You'll interact with customers to plan data migration strategies and improve in-house tools through automation and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map customer data from legacy systems to QGenda formats
• Analyze, prepare, and process data sets for the QGenda application
• Build processes for data transformation and metadata management
• Maintain data tools using Python and SQL

📋 Requirements

• Python experience (1+ years)
• SQL or other programming language proficiency
• Experience with version control tools like GitHub or Bitbucket
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with data-driven tools such as AWS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or R
• Experience with serialization techniques like JSON
