You'll join Piedmont Capital, the lending arm of NAI Northern California, to arrange financing up to $10M for commercial and multifamily properties. You'll build relationships with lenders and investors, leveraging a 50% off-market deal flow from NAI agents. The role offers a structured training program and a collaborative, tech-enabled culture.

  • Contact commercial real estate investors to offer financing solutions
  • Conduct due diligence to process refinancing deals
  • Shop for competitive loan programs and rates
  • Build relationships with financing partners

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Business or sales success (ideally entrepreneurial)
  • Cold-calling or door-to-door sales experience preferred
