You'll build relationships with lenders and investors, leveraging a 50% off-market deal flow from NAI agents. The role offers a structured training program and a collaborative, tech-enabled culture.

- Contact commercial real estate investors to offer financing solutions
- Conduct due diligence to process refinancing deals
- Shop for competitive loan programs and rates
- Build relationships with financing partners
๐ Requirements
- California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or willingness to obtain)
- Business or sales success (ideally entrepreneurial)
- Cold-calling or door-to-door sales experience preferred
