💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, blending product ownership with client engagement. Your work will directly impact user experiences and streamline operations, ensuring consumers can easily navigate healthcare options. This role offers the chance to influence healthcare enrollment processes and drive digital transformation in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the EDE product roadmap balancing regulatory and user needs.
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business/program stakeholders.
• Track post-launch metrics like enrollment conversion and partner integration performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or ownership roles.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs in healthcare.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
