You'll design and build AI-powered automations that free up real capacity across the business starting with GTM teams. You'll map problems, design solutions, build workflows, and bring users along so they can extend what you create. Your measure of success is measurable capacity gained — time reclaimed and manual work eliminated.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design and build AI-powered automation workflows in n8n
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and business tools
• Monitor and iterate on automations in production

📋 Requirements

• Experience mapping and redesigning business processes
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in real workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with GTM tooling (HubSpot, Gong, or similar)
• Experience measuring and reporting automation impact
