💼 About This Role

You'll design and build shared AI infrastructure (MCP servers, agent pipelines, context engineering) and drive adoption across all teams at Vendelux, a Series A SaaS company backed by FirstMark. You'll own orchestration, memory, and safety layers while partnering with sales, ops, product, and more to create purpose-built agents. This role sits at the intersection of deep AI infrastructure and cross-functional impact, enabling every team to leverage AI effectively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain MCP servers connecting internal systems to agents
• Establish context engineering standards and shared agent memory
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows with permissions and cost tracking
• Partner with non-engineering teams to identify and build agent use cases

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering fundamentals with real infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI agents and context engineering
• Production experience building with LLM APIs and tool use
• Hands-on MCP or similar integration framework experience
