💼 About This Role

You'll join a multidisciplinary ACCS team providing clinically focused interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. You'll evaluate clients, support staff, and facilitate communication to help clients improve their lives and independence. This role offers professional growth in a mission-driven community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate clients to identify functional goals and interventions.
• Support staff in addressing evolving client needs and providing daily interventions.
• Offer training and guidance to promote client independence.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with external supports.

📋 Requirements

• Current OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
