You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business roles at a fast-growing healthcare clearinghouse startup. You'll partner with leadership to scope roles and execute hiring strategies, raising the talent bar with each hire. This role offers high autonomy in a well-funded, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM, business, and ops roles
• Partner with functional leaders to define role requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers to candidates
• Continuously improve hiring processes using data

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience
• At least 2 years of non-technical recruiting at high-growth startups
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting for GTM or business roles
• Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience role scoping and providing hiring feedback
• Exceptional communication with senior leadership
