🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff
• Ensure adherence to DDS and state regulations
• Maintain and monitor staffing schedule

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years driving experience
• High School Diploma or GED
