Description

You will represent Window Nation at community events, festivals, and home shows to engage with homeowners, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home appointments. This role involves direct customer interaction in fast-paced environments, helping build your sales and communication skills while contributing to the company's growth. You'll receive paid training and work with a supportive team that values performance and recognition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time; up to 6 hours during event
• Evening and weekend availability is essential, especially Fridays through Sundays
• Reliable transportation is required
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to stay through the full event are essential for success

Responsibilities

• Represent Window Nation professionally at home shows, fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and similar events
• Engage attendees and start conversations with homeowners
• Generate interest in Window Nation products and services
• Capture lead information and schedule complimentary in-home appointments
• Answer basic customer questions using approved messaging and qualifying guidelines
• Create energy and visibility at the booth to increase brand awareness and event engagement
• Work toward individual and team performance goals in a high-interaction environment
