You'll support new business growth across the Northeast region by partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director. You'll execute sales strategy, strengthen broker relationships, and drive pipeline development in the healthcare/TPA space. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to regional leadership and opportunities to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

  • Support regional sales director in executing sales strategies and achieving targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and agents
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Manage prospect submissions in Salesforce and maintain pipeline tracking

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
