💼 About This Role

You'll partner with product teams to design measurement frameworks, analyze A/B tests, and drive data-informed decisions for Rover's marketplace. You'll present insights to senior leadership and improve the analytics organization's capabilities. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Barcelona office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product analyses including scoping and interpreting experiments
• Present marketplace performance trends and insights to senior leadership
• Design and analyze A/B tests to measure product change impacts
• Improve data quality by collaborating with engineering and data infrastructure teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years using data to drive business impact
• Advanced SQL proficiency with code review and optimization
• A/B testing and experimental design expertise
• Experience with data visualization tools like Mode

✨ Nice to Have

• Mentoring experience with junior team members
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace
• Familiarity with Python, R, or computational languages
