💼 About This Role
You'll own and manage a book of deals from $400K to $10M+, guiding business owners through the selling process and leading negotiations. You'll partner with executive, sales, and product teams to build scalable systems that power Baton's growth. This role offers outsized impact at a rapidly growing startup backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Guide owners on listing strategy and selling process
- Qualify and pitch buyers on Baton deals
- Lead negotiations for dozens of business acquisitions
- Manage diligence processes and navigate lending landscape
- Partner with team to guide product roadmap
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience
- 2+ years of professional experience at a high growth company
- Experience interfacing with customers and managing complex interpersonal issues
- Experience with financial modeling, Excel, and CRMs
