Description

As a Build Line Lead at Carvana, you will directly manage a team of hourly associates to ensure vehicles move safely and efficiently through our Inspection Center, meeting production and quality goals. You'll coach, develop, and coordinate your team while overseeing repairs and upholding Carvana's standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping
• Experience using computers and understanding of reconditioning processes

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely, meeting production/quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and identify areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and manage performance of assigned team
• Review and approve identified mechanical/physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays
