You'll drive high-rate production by optimizing processes and implementing precision tooling, directly enabling commercial satellite platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for spacecraft components and assemblies
• Design and implement precision tooling and fixtures for quality and repeatability
• Optimize high-rate production to reduce takt time and increase throughput
• Lead transition of hardware from development to production environments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or related)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering for complex hardware
• Experience with tooling and fixture design using CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with assembly and integration of mechanical or aerospace systems

• Master's degree in engineering
• Experience with propulsion, avionics, or structural system integration
• Experience with process automation, robotics, or controls
