💼 About This Role

You'll own the manufacturing value chain for electronic warfare hardware at a defense tech company. You'll drive process improvements, reduce costs, and scale new products from prototype to production. This role combines hands-on work with cross-functional collaboration on cutting-edge systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own assembly, integration, and test for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
• Collaborate with design engineering on DFx for smooth NPI transitions
• Develop process flows and work instructions for scalable production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments
• Physical experience with hardware manufacturing (machining, soldering, assembly, etc.)
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• RF product experience requiring system assembly, integration, and test
• Hands-on experience with software/firmware flashing or end-of-line testing
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
