💼 About This Role

You'll lead Verification and Validation for vehicle systems in Thermal Management, Networks, and Cybersecurity domains. Your work ensures autonomous vehicle platforms meet high-performance and safety standards. This role offers collaboration with OEM partners and access to Waymo's extensive test environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule V&V campaigns for Thermal, Networks, and Cybersecurity domains
• Coordinate verification activities: review requirements, design tests, execute them
• Drive test planning alignment with internal teams and OEM partners
• Develop test automation strategy for verification corpus across test environments

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in Thermal Management or Networks/Cybersecurity domains
• Experience with test planning and experimental design for safety and repeatability
• Proficiency in data analysis and test scripting with C/C++, Python, or Matlab/Simulink
• Bachelor's/Master's in relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience

• Understanding of electromechanical systems design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and formal V&V methods
• Database analysis skills in SQL or similar
