You'll own and scale the lead generation engine at Nitra, a fintech company building software for healthcare practices. You'll drive high-quality inbound leads through multi-channel campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is key to supporting revenue growth in a company on track to becoming a unicorn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for inbound lead generation
- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid ads, and digital channels
- Manage email marketing programs including campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
- Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to improve results
📋 Requirements
- 4–7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of inbound-focused campaigns driving pipeline impact
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and paid media execution
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
