You'll own and scale the lead generation engine at Nitra, a fintech company building software for healthcare practices. You'll drive high-quality inbound leads through multi-channel campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is key to supporting revenue growth in a company on track to becoming a unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for inbound lead generation
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid ads, and digital channels
  • Manage email marketing programs including campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
  • Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to improve results

📋 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of inbound-focused campaigns driving pipeline impact
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and paid media execution
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
