💼 About This Role

You'll lead industry coverage for Crux's clean energy capital platform, advising developers and sponsors on capital structure and formation. You'll drive client relationships and win mandates across debt, tax equity, and tax credits while collaborating with software and AI teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build enduring relationships at senior and executive levels.
• Win mandates across debt, tax credits, and tax equity.
• Advise clients on capital structure and capital formation.
• Collaborate with product groups to develop new offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in power & utilities or renewables finance.
• Significant transactional experience across debt, equity, M&A, or tax equity.
• Expert in clean energy & infrastructure capital markets.
• FINRA SIE, Series 79 and 63 required or willingness to obtain.
