💼 About This Role

You'll lead mission execution for a satellite operations startup, ensuring reliable delivery of customer programs across commercial and national security missions. You'll own operational systems and partner with the CEO to translate strategy into delivery. This role focuses on scaling operations for government and national security customers in demanding environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own execution of customer programs across commercial and government missions
• Establish repeatable processes for integrating the Quindar platform into customer environments
• Lead a program management organization coordinating delivery across engineering, product, and customer stakeholders
• Develop operational dashboards and reporting for program health and delivery timelines

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading programs, operations, or delivery organizations
• Active U.S. TS/SCI with Poly clearance
• Experience delivering complex software or software/hardware systems
• Experience supporting government, aerospace, or national security programs
