💼 About This Role

You'll lead R&D tax credit engagements for a portfolio of clients while leveraging a technology platform built for R&D Tax Credit documentation. You'll also support complementary incentive engagements like 179D, 45L, and IC-DISC to maximize client tax benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage federal and state R&D tax credit claims
• Lead client interviews to identify qualifying activities
• Build complex calculation models and analyze datasets
• Mentor and supervise junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on R&D Tax Credit experience
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Demonstrated people leadership experience

• CPA or JD certification
• Experience with 179D, 45L, IC-DISC, or cost segregation
