You'll lead a high-performing field sales team at Ideals, a global B2B SaaS company specializing in secure document sharing and collaboration. You'll drive regional growth in the CEE region, balancing team development with hands-on deal execution, and have the opportunity to build an exceptional track record in a multinational, high-growth tech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
- Define operational metrics and report on team performance
- Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and executive teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of new business development sales experience
- At least 1 year of direct line management of outbound sellers
- Professional sales background in the B2B SaaS industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English
