You'll join a leading industrial distribution company as an Outside Sales Account Manager covering the Toledo, OH metro area. You'll drive revenue growth by prospecting and managing accounts, leveraging technical fluid power expertise and a supportive team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with your District Sales Manager.
• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting and cold calling.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers in your territory.
• Leverage inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power preferred).
• Hands-on experience with fluid power systems and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.

• Fluid Power sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and related apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
