Description

You will identify and manage asset reliability risks to maximize factory uptime, working with project engineering to ensure new installations are sustainable. You'll own equipment improvement plans, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
• 1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, integration, reliability, or operations
• Experience with CMMS programs (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Infor) preferred
• Hands-on experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

• Work with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new installations
• Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
• Own equipment improvement plans for preventive maintenance and minimized downtime
• Define, design, and refine asset maintenance plan with value-added tasks
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures affecting plant operations
