🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value SMB accounts as dedicated point of contact.
- Provide SME guidance and run training to drive Camber best practices adoption.
- Act as voice of customer, partnering with Engineering on product feedback.
- Own ticket management and resolve complex client issues.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years client-facing experience.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of insurance billing claims lifecycle.
