You'll partner with enterprise customers to guide AI agent deployments, ensuring adoption and value realization. You'll act as a strategic advisor, collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape AI-powered customer experiences for brands like Cash App and Chime. This role is ideal for someone who wants to directly impact a high-growth startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-lasting partnerships as customers' strategic advisor
• Co-pilot deployments from scoping to full adoption
• Communicate with stakeholders from ICs to C-level executives
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing large customers and driving cross-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Strong technical acumen and passion for agent building (coding not required)
