You will manage investor relationships and upper-tier closings for multi-investor and proprietary tax credit equity funds. You'll prepare investment summaries, lead investor diligence, coordinate agreement reviews, and maintain pipeline reports. Travel 15-20%.

Requirements

• High level of LIHTC program knowledge
• Experience in tax credit equity or investor relations
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Represent company at industry conferences and investor meetings
• 15-20% travel
