💼 About This Role

You'll define and own the roadmap for key AI platform components, including orchestration layers, tool frameworks, context management, and evaluation pipelines. Your work will directly influence how millions of users interact with SurveyMonkey's products and unlock new ways to collect feedback. You'll partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and data science teams to ship scalable capabilities that integrate LLMs, internal APIs, and product workflows. This role requires a strong technical understanding of AI frameworks and architectures with deep knowledge of evals and context management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product leadership to define AI and agentic capabilities
• Own the roadmap for AI platform components: orchestration, tool frameworks, context management, evaluation pipelines
• Partner with AI/ML, engineering, design, and data science teams to ship scalable capabilities
• Establish evaluation frameworks, success metrics, guardrails, and reliability standards for AI

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building and launching SaaS products
• 2+ years launching AI-powered products involving generative AI and conversational interfaces
• 3+ years defining ML platform capabilities including model development, integration, evaluation pipelines
• Experience building 0→1 products or greenfield capabilities from concept to launch

• Product management experience across both consumer and enterprise SaaS
• Experience with OpenAI and AWS Bedrock/SageMaker
• Curiosity for staying on top of evolving AI technologies
