• Professional and collaborative team behavior
• Self-motivated and willing to gain insurance knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Client data entry into agency management system
• Use Indio for renewal processes
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance
• Upload policies into EPIC and Passport
• Handle routine phone calls and support client managers
