🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and run automated onboarding and activation sequences
- Build health scoring models and response playbooks
- Develop renewal risk early-warning system with automated save plays
- Manage customer communications at scale for launches and incidents
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success Ops or Digital/Scaled CS in B2B SaaS
- Experience building 1:many CS programs
- Strong analytical skills to define health metrics and build feedback loops
- Excellent written communication for customer-facing copy

- Experience in product-led growth or usage-based models
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and segmentation
