You'll own the lifecycle automation engine for a fast-growing AI platform. Your work will directly impact how millions of users build software. You'll build scalable customer success programs and drive retention through data-driven automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and run automated onboarding and activation sequences
  • Build health scoring models and response playbooks
  • Develop renewal risk early-warning system with automated save plays
  • Manage customer communications at scale for launches and incidents

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success Ops or Digital/Scaled CS in B2B SaaS
  • Experience building 1:many CS programs
  • Strong analytical skills to define health metrics and build feedback loops
  • Excellent written communication for customer-facing copy

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in product-led growth or usage-based models
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and segmentation
