💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct care and support to residents by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting safety and dignity. Your role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care in a mission-driven senior services organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs like dressing, grooming, eating, and bathing
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed
• Monitor resident status and report changes
• Respond to call lights and follow care plans

📋 Requirements

• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or willingness to learn
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred (but not required)
