Description
You will work on project teams with Vice Presidents and junior staff on IP-related client engagements, including quantifying damages for patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright infringement matters, as well as valuations for M&A and licensing. You will plan and manage projects, act as a client point of contact, and develop expert reports summarizing your opinions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field (advanced degree desirable)
- 6 to 10 years of finance, accounting or economic work experience (consulting or financial services preferred)
- CFA or CPA certification beneficial but not required
- Proven project management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage assigned projects, supervising team members
- Act as primary client point of contact and assist in presenting conclusions
- Create client deliverables including expert reports
- Design complex financial models to analyze economic and financial data
- Direct project team on scope, deliverables, and deadlines
