💼 About This Role

You'll execute Taboola's North American agency development strategy, building strategic partnerships with holding companies and independent agencies. You'll champion Taboola's value to trading desk leads and programmatic heads, turning agencies into believers in performance advertising beyond search and social. This role operates upstream of campaigns, focusing on influencing agency strategy at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships with assigned US agency holding companies and independents
• Map agency organizations at the practice area level across trading desks and programmatic teams
• Drive agency enablement through trainings, demo days, and strategic roadshows
• Partner with agencies on co-branded marketing and event activations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital advertising with agency development focus
• Established relationships with directors and VPs at major US agency holding companies
• Deep knowledge of agency ecosystem including holding companies and trading desks
• Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic agency partnerships
