Description

As a Senior Product Designer on the Coupang Pay UX team, you will lead end-to-end design projects for innovative financial services targeting both consumers and sellers. You'll collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering teams to shape product vision and improve user experiences through data-driven design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design (UI/UX) experience with shipped applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Adobe
• Experience in setting overall project strategy and justifying design decisions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for seller financial services, collaborating with product, business, data, and engineering teams
• Actively participate in product vision and roadmap development, contributing to strategic decisions
• Identify and analyze pain points in current products to propose UX improvements
