You'll join the HR team to scale a high-growth learning culture at Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace. You'll support the digital learning ecosystem, master L&D operations, and use data analytics to optimize global training resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 360Learning LMS platform administration and vendor relations
• Support community of learning content owners to drive engagement
• Maintain L&D resources on Notion and slide decks for brand alignment
• Prepare L&D dashboards and performance reports for leadership

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or gap year
• First experience in L&D in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with LMS and Google Sheets for reporting
• Fluent in English
