Description

You will be the creative talent behind Neros Technologies' visual identity, responsible for pre-production planning, on-location shooting, and post-production editing. You'll travel with engineering, leadership, and business development teams to capture assets at product demonstrations and field tests, then manage the full pipeline from raw footage to compelling visuals for marketing, sales, and social channels. This is a one-person operation requiring both creative range and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Strong photography fundamentals with various focal lengths, ND filters, lighting
• Proficiency with professional cinema cameras (RED, Sony, Panasonic, Canon, ARRI)
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Experience with professional audio recording equipment
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; valid passport and driver's license

Responsibilities

• Capture video and photo assets at product demos, field tests, and events
• Manage full post-production workflow: editing, color grading, audio mixing
• Build pre-production materials like creative decks and storyboards
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and leadership on visual content requests
• Travel domestically and internationally for on-location shoots
