You'll be the product expert for customers, ensuring they gain real value from the platform through onboarding and ongoing support. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and build customer-facing knowledge bases, working closely with the product leadership team to provide feedback and improve the product.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound support via email, calls, and live chat within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and reproduce bugs for Product
  • Deliver live training sessions for customers during onboarding and updates
  • Configure new customer accounts and own integration onboarding

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year in a technical support or implementation role
  • Experience triaging and solving customer issues with high communication
  • Empathetic and positive attitude focused on customer goals

  • Experience with Intercom, Datadog, or Notion
