You'll own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new parking properties at Vend Park, an AI-powered parking operations platform. You'll design scalable systems while personally managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations. This role offers high ownership and growth at a fast-moving startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff to go-live
• Manage multiple concurrent property launches across markets
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Operations
• Design and build scalable onboarding playbooks and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in operations or client-facing roles
• Managed complex multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements
• Led multi-location rollouts and built scalable processes from scratch
