Description

As a Senior Software Architect, you will define the technical direction of client-facing products and internal platforms, architecting scalable cloud-native systems and integrating AI capabilities like conversational AI and AI-assisted development workflows. You'll own architecture through the full lifecycle, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 15+ years software development experience
• 5+ years designing or architecting large-scale systems
• Expertise in C# and familiarity with Go, Java, or similar
• Expertise in front end technologies, preferably React, and experience with AI-assisted development tools

Responsibilities

• Set end-to-end technical direction including platform vision, technology choices, and infrastructure strategy
• Design and evolve cloud-native, API-first distributed systems emphasizing scalability, performance, and security
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices and identify opportunities for ML/AI capabilities in platform features
• Own architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and long-term stewardship
• Provide mentorship, conduct architecture reviews, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
