You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll operate like a business owner, shaping playbooks and processes from the ground up. This role is ideal for a quota-carrying seller who thrives on accountability.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management
  • Proven track record of closing expansion deals
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Experience in TMS or last-mile logistics technology
