- Respond to dealer and consumer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot product performance issues.
- Process orders in SAP for parts and replacement products.
- Maintain call issues and resolutions records database.
π Requirements
- University degree required.
- 2 years of musical instruments retail sales or customer service experience.
- Native Japanese proficiency.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience with CRM and Chat platforms.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Direct hands-on experience with Fender products.
