💼 About This Role

You'll own the compliance function for a fast-growing fintech disrupting homeownership. You'll ensure regulatory excellence across mortgage, title, and escrow operations, managing state and federal examinations from start to finish. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape a compliance program at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multi-state NMLS licensing for entities and individuals
• Prepare and submit HMDA LAR, MCR, and state-specific reports
• Administer Compliance Management System (CMS) including training
• Lead state and CFPB regulatory examinations through remediation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of mortgage compliance experience at a non-bank lender or regulator
• Expert-level knowledge of multi-state NMLS licensing for entities and individuals
• Hands-on experience with HMDA LAR and NMLS Call Reports
• Demonstrated ability to administer a Compliance Management System

✨ Nice to Have

• Expert-level knowledge of title and escrow multi-state licensing
• Experience serving as AML Compliance Officer with BSA/AML knowledge
• CRCM, CAMS, or comparable designation
