💼 About This Role

You'll build and evolve Slash's core banking product, powering over $10B in transaction volume. You'll own entire product surfaces end-to-end, from database schema to customer-facing features. This role blends infrastructure-level thinking with deep product intuition in a fast-moving fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and ship entire product surfaces end-to-end
• Scale core financial infrastructure: payments, transfers, invoicing
• Design data models and write migrations for backend services
• Collaborate with product, design, and compliance on features

📋 Requirements

• Shipped and owned full product surfaces from data model to deploy
• Strong full-stack engineering across API, database, and frontend
• Product instincts for UX, API ergonomics, and system correctness
• Thrives working independently in a small, fast-shipping team
