💼 About This Role

You'll own operational and software security for the Sui blockchain, wallet, and Move language at Mysten Labs. You'll be the key point of contact for audit engagements and bug bounty reports. Join a team expanding world-class infrastructure in web3.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve custody systems for validator keys and operational keys
• Harden the signing path end-to-end with code and infrastructure improvements
• Build anti-scam and anti-abuse tooling for the Sui ecosystem
• Conduct code and design reviews of components handling sensitive keys
• Investigate and respond to security incidents involving custody or ecosystem abuse

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering or application security
• Knowledge of key management in production (HSMs, cloud KMS, MPC, etc.)
• Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, Python, or Move with security-sensitive code review
• Solid understanding of applied cryptography fundamentals and common misuses

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated/high-stakes environments
• Background in operational security or infrastructure security
