💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. Your work ensures critical cooling systems stay operational, directly supporting mission-critical infrastructure. This role offers extensive travel and the chance to grow in the telecom industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems on telecom shelters.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls including emergency call-outs.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely.

📋 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Must be able to pass DOT physical.
• Must reside in San Jose, California area.
