You'll lead the self-service strategy across the Help Center and chatbot, driving AI-powered support and content automation. Your core impact will be reducing transactional contacts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction through intelligent knowledge systems.

  • Execute self-service roadmap for Help Center and chatbot
  • Audit and evolve information architecture for AI readiness
  • Oversee chatbot conversational design and optimization
  • Manage content lifecycle and quality assurance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Knowledge Management or Content Strategy (SaaS preferred)
  • Proficiency in Zendesk Guide and Salesforce
  • Strong information architecture skills
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms like Ada or Intercom
