You'll lead the self-service strategy across the Help Center and chatbot, driving AI-powered support and content automation. Your core impact will be reducing transactional contacts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction through intelligent knowledge systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute self-service roadmap for Help Center and chatbot
- Audit and evolve information architecture for AI readiness
- Oversee chatbot conversational design and optimization
- Manage content lifecycle and quality assurance
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Knowledge Management or Content Strategy (SaaS preferred)
- Proficiency in Zendesk Guide and Salesforce
- Strong information architecture skills
- Experience with conversational AI platforms like Ada or Intercom
