You'll partner closely with the General Manager to support Board relations, governance, and financial planning while driving operational excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across onsite departments
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and management staff
• Partner with GM to support Board relations and prepare meeting materials
• Lead annual budget preparation and monitor operational expenses

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive leadership in property management or hospitality
• Proven experience leading multi-department teams and managers
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
