Description

You will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. You'll build relationships with referral partners, conduct in-field outreach, and refine engagement strategies to expand access to life-saving mental health and substance use treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Columbus, OH area
• Willingness to travel extensively around Columbus, OH
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach 4-5 days per week
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution
• Represent Charlie Health at community events, conferences, and educational sessions
