You'll lead medical communications projects and drive scientific strategy at a top healthcare agency. You'll manage a large team of PhDs, PharmDs, and MDs while developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategies and service lines for medical communications
• Lead presentations and proposals for prospective clients
• Manage client relationships and identify new business
• Oversee and review material for high-quality content delivery

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
• 10+ years experience in a Medical Communications agency
• Experience managing a large team (20+) of medical staff
• Ability to quickly understand scientific landscape in different therapeutic areas
