💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. Your fandom knowledge drives add-on sales and customer experience excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment.
